The contrast is striking: the exposed, slightly blackish brick walls stand alongside David Rochline’s animated mural, where characters and patterns parade by as if in a futuristic manga. A bar lit by multiple mini-screens broadcasting international news and a massive teapot-shaped lantern suspended above a communal table add a theatrical dimension to the experience.
The soundscape and scent are equally carefully crafted: music composed by Orsten Karki accompanies the meals, while Rami Mekdachi, a perfumer for Costes and Colette, has created a unique signature scent for our restaurant.
